Semi-Homemade Rosemary Biscuits!

Rosemary Biscuits

Confession—I’m no baker! Cooking is definitely more of my forte. I sincerely love to do it! I believe it’s part of the reason I love to entertain so much. That and of course, fashionably styling my soirées. I mean a girl has to get her event fashionista on, right?!

As a result, I’m always looking for easy, quick ways to put “baked goods” on the table without burning down my house. For that precise reason, I usually keep a “no bake” recipe in my back pocket. You know, the good ol’ no bake Oreo cheesecake or the no bake peanut butter pie. Any of those usually do the trick. But, the other day as I was watching the Pioneer Woman (Yes, most of my days are spent watching the Food Network—it’s research!)  I came across an even better deal, fancied up frozen dinner rolls.

Enter my version of it—Rosemary Biscuits!

Here’s the recipe I adapted. The only difference is that I used Pillsbury Grands instead of frozen dinner rolls. It was so easy and I must say, pretty good! An extremely easy recipe for a non-baker like myself!

Note to self: In 2015, I will learn how to bake. Let me repeat, I will learn how to bake. Stay tuned! Happy non-baking event fashionistas!
