Hello lovelies! We are just days away from another holiday, the oh, so popular St. Patty’s Day and nothing screams St. Patty’s than a delicious cocktail, right? So, today I thought I’d share a twist on the famous Italian affogato. In honor of St. Patty’s Day, we’ll be adding some Irish cream to this delicious concoction!
So, get ready for all the goodness. Here’s the Irish Cream Affogato recipe.
- 2 scoops of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 5 oz. of Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 5 oz. of Starbucks Double Shot Espresso
In a glass of your choice, I chose scotch glasses for some extra oomph, add the two scoops of ice cream and then top with Bailey’s Irish Cream and espresso. Serve immediately and enjoy!
