Three Simple Cheese Hors d’oeuvres

This week I’m sharing some of my go to cheese hors d’oeuvres that make for easy entertaining!

Loved it and want to try it, here are the simple recipes:

Gorgonzola, Grapes and Honey Crostini
• Cut baguette into about one-inch, thick slices
• Brush olive oil on both sides
• Bake for 5-7 minutes in a 350-degree oven
• Remove from oven and spread about half a teaspoon of gorgonzola cheese
• Put crostini back into the oven for about three minutes
• Remove, top with grapes, and drizzle honey

Goat Cheese, Peach, and Honey Tarts
• Cut squares into your thawed puff pastry sheet {whichever size you prefer}
• Spread about a teaspoon of goat cheese
• Layer on your peach slices
• Bake for about 20 minutes in a 425-degree oven or until golden brown
• Drizzle honey

Baked Brie, Honey and Crackers
• Place Brie cheese inside a 350-degree oven for about 5- 7 minutes
• Remove from oven and drizzle honey
• Serve with crackers
